Something has been happening where i do something and log out, but when i log in all my changes and gained items are gone

I am getting really tired of karterchamp. He has repetedly teleported and attempted to kill me, steal my items he has also broken into my house there are already many complaints about him and i would appreciate if he was banned. i will try to get a screenshot of him greifing to prove that he should be banned.
